Rubber Parts by HAMM Mount
Beyond our standard product range, HAMM Mount operates a complete custom rubber parts manufacturing division capable of producing components from customer drawings, CAD files, or reverse-engineered samples. Our capabilities include compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, and rubber-to-metal bonding for parts weighing from 10 grams to 500 kg. We work with natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), neoprene (CR), nitrile (NBR), EPDM, silicone, and fluorocarbon (FKM) compounds depending on application requirements. Our engineering team provides material selection guidance, FEA analysis, prototype development, and production tooling design. Minimum order quantities are flexible, making HAMM Mount suitable for both prototype development and high-volume production.
